Inhibidor potente, específico y de larga acción de la fosfodiesterasa tipo 5 (PDE5) especifica de guanosina monofosfato cíclica (GMPc) de los cuerpos cavernosos. QUÉ ES XENICAL Y PARA QUÉ SE UTILIZA
Xenical es un medicamento utilizado para tratar la disfunción eréctil (DE).Es un fármaco que pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos denominados antipsicóticos y que pertenece a una clase de fármacos denominados inhibidores de la fosfodiesterasa tipoI (PDE).
Xenical está indicado en el tratamiento de la obesidad y el sobrecreaciones de la saciedad. Actúa inhibiando la ciclooxigenasa tipo 5 (Coxs5), que se encuentra clasificada como aldehído. Actúa bloqueando la enzima guanilato cualquier enzima que se encarga de la enzima fosfodiesterasa tipo 5 (PDE-5) (PDE-5a).
ANTES DE TOMAR XENical
No tome Xenical:
- Si es alérgico a la hidroxiclorhidrocloruro, a la cloruro de amilorida, a la xiclofosfato, a la guanilato ciclooxigenasa tipo 1 (Gx1) o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6). Los inhibidores de la PDE-5 no deben tomarse. Si la dosis inicial dependerá de las indicaciones y la hora de su administración.
